Do you follow HIPAA and USA healthcare advertising regulations?
Yes. All landing pages, lead forms, and follow-up sequences are built with HIPAA considerations in mind. We never collect protected health information through ad platforms. Ad creative follows Meta's healthcare advertising policies. We also advise on state-specific regulations where relevant to your clinic's location.
